Silk glass products are completely made to order. This is an interior material that can be customized according to size, fabric pattern, and other requirements. Please check our catalogs, construction examples, and product details before ordering. Here we introduce the process from consultation to order and delivery of silk glass products. We will be happy to consult with you and make suggestions to meet your requirements. Please note that the delivery date may differ from the estimated date due to fabric availability and other factors. Please be sure to confirm the delivery date before ordering.

＜What we would like you to tell us＞

Proposal

We will propose designs and specifications based on your consultation.

In the case of custom processing such as Gold-leafing Art or D yeing, we will also create an image drawing for you. At this stage, we will match the customer’s image with that of the product to be produced.　We can also lend you samples or create them for a fee. We will also prepare a quotation once the specific specifications have been finalized.

Order

Once the product specifications have been determined and the quotation is acceptable, we will provide you with a purchase order in our format. When you sign the order form and send it back to us by e-mail or fax, the order is officially placed.
From this stage, we will move on to production. Please note that we will not start production before receiving your purchase order. We also accept orders in formats other than ours that you have prepared yourself.

➤ Notes on Ordering

We will provide a quotation on a case-by-case basis, except for the purchase of fabrics only. Please place your order after receiving an estimate.
When placing an order, please first send us an order form by e-mail or fax.
We cannot proceed with production if you place an order only by telephone.
Delivery will be made at the earliest possible date from the date of order, or at a later date as requested.

We will prepare fabrics and proceed with processing and production according to the contents of your order. If you want to order custom options for fabrics, Dyeing or Gold-leafing Art, we will make them as soon as the fabrics are available. The dyeing process takes about 2 weeks, and the gold decoration process takes about 10 days, depending on the amount of gilding. After that, we proceed to processing such as silk glass, silk acrylic, and fabric panels. In the case of silk acrylics and silk shoji screens, if you request cutting, we will also cut them afterwards.
In the case of custom-made furniture such as nest tables, we also produce frames in parallel.

Delivery

制作が完了いたしましたら発送準備をさせていただきます。絹ガラスの場合は木枠梱包または鉄パレット、サイズによっては段ボール梱包にてお送りいたします。また、主要都市部へは主に路線便でのお送りとなりますが、それ以外の地域、特殊な場所や時間などの場合は、チャーター便となります。絹アクリルや絹障子につきましては、基本的に路線便での対応となります。どの製品におきましても、数量やサイズなどによってはチャーター便などになりますので、お見積り時に梱包や送料につきましてはよくご確認ください。
また、荷受け主様の詳細につきましても事前にご教示ください。施工されている現場や個人のお客様の場合、施工会社様や法人のお客様の場合では、お送りが方法が異なる場合がございますので、ご注意ください。
無事製品が届きましたら割れや傷がないか必ずご確認ください。

Once the production is completed, we will prepare for shipping.
Silk glass will be sent in wooden crates or iron pallets, or cardboard depending on the size.
For other areas, or for special locations or times, we will charter a delivery service.
For silk acrylics and silk shoji screens, we basically use route delivery.
For all products, depending on the quantity and size, special transportation such as charter delivery may be required, so please confirm the packing and shipping costs carefully at the time of quotation. Also, please inform us of the contact information of the consignee in advance.
Please note that delivery methods may differ between direct delivery to a construction site or individual customer and delivery to a corporation such as an affiliated contractor’s office.
Please be sure to check for any cracks or scratches when the product arrives safely.
